Frequently Asked Questions
What material are Forged Alloy spacers made from?
All Forged Alloy spacers are made from forged 6061-T6 aluminum — the same alloy used in aerospace and motorsport applications. Forging (vs. casting) produces a denser, stronger part with better resistance to cracking under load.
Are your spacers hub-centric?
Yes. Every spacer is hub-centric, meaning it seats directly on your vehicle's hub bore for a true, vibration-free fit. We don't sell slip-on or lug-centric spacers.
What studs do you use?
We use Grade 10.9 extended studs as standard. These exceed OEM specifications and are rated for the torque and load demands of off-road use.
Will spacers affect my warranty?
Wheel spacers are an aftermarket modification. We recommend checking with your dealer, but in most cases spacers do not void your vehicle warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act unless a dealer can prove the spacer caused a specific failure.
How do I know which spacer fits my truck?
You'll need your vehicle's bolt pattern, center bore, and lug nut thread size. These are listed on each product page. If you're unsure, contact us with your year, make, and model and we'll confirm fitment.
Do I need to re-torque after installation?
Yes. We recommend re-torquing your lug nuts after the first 50–100 miles of driving. This is standard practice for any wheel or spacer installation.
What is your warranty policy?
Forged Alloy spacers come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If a spacer fails under normal use, contact us and we'll take care of it.
How do I install wheel spacers?
See our Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions. If you have questions, reach out before you start.
